 HIGHLIGHTS

The weather was okay, very windy at some stages and sensational on the Tuesday and Wednesday. The card games began with Leon leading the pack as per usual! The trip to Daylesford was wet and windy but we managed to get a walk in, in between showers. The boys didn’t really appreciate the fresh mineral water! We left Willie behind in the toilets, who managed to find himself some friends and make his way back to the group! We played Pictionary in the evening, Ryan and Nick cheated and got banished from the group. Tuesday turned out to be a beautiful day and we took a trip to science works which was great. Ryan and Shari ran a trivia night which was a great success, although a few answers were disputed. St Anne’s provided a lovely lunch on Wednesday. The winery tasting was good and a few samples were purchased for the last evenings activities. Carmel arrived and belted out a few tunes which were thoroughly enjoyed by all.
